GRADIENT FOR SPERM CELL ISOLATION

V-GRAD is a sterile colloidal suspension of silica particles stabilized with covalently bound hydrophilic silanes used for sperm purification.

  • Endotoxin tested (< 0.5 EU/mL)
  • Human Sperm Survival Assay tested ≥ 80%
  • Colored with Phenol Red (Gradient 40 and Gradient 80) V-GRAD 100% stock solution
  • Ready-to-use V-GRAD 40% and 80% diluted with
  • HEPES buffered HTF Store at 2-8 °C
  • 1 x 100 mL PETG bottle
